Commercial Real Estate <br />f Services <br />• Provide commercial real estate listing services as detailed on page 9. <br />• Statewide and regional outreach through CCIM network, DEED and Greater MSP. <br />• Based on highest and best use, direct marketing to organizations which fit the profile of that use. <br />• Conduct tours for potential users. <br />• Advise City staff on response to offer(s), negotiate sale terms approved by City staff. <br />• Coordinate Buyer due diligence and manage the closing process. <br />• Assist City Attorney with purchase agreement negotiation and preparation. <br />• Initially, weekly zoom calls with designated City staff member(s) through due diligence and highest <br />and best use process.
