City of <br />Elk <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 20- <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing the <br />Improvement of the Windsor Park 3"d Addition Sewer Extension Project <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 20-45 of the City Council adopted August 3, 2020, <br />fixed adate for a public hearing on the improvement of the Windsor Park 3rd Addition Sewer <br />Extension project. The improvements shall consist of a sanitary sewer extension from the <br />Great Northern Trail to the Windsor Park 3' Addition along Ranch Road. The improvement <br />shall include gravity sanitary sewer, a lift station, and forcemain construction, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of September, 2020, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br />2.
