6. Integrally colored split face (rock face), burnished or glazed concrete masonry <br /> units (excluding smooth/plain or painted). <br /> 7. Integrally colored and/or exposed aggregate precast concrete panels. <br /> 8. Poured-in-place concrete walls. <br /> 9. Prefinished metal panels. <br /> 10. Other city approved architectural metal. <br /> (3) Roofing standards. Roofing shall consist of a shingled, prefinished metal panel and/or <br /> membrane roof. <br /> (4) Alterations and additions. All subsequent additions and exterior alterations constructed after <br /> the erection of an original building (when the original building was constructed in <br /> conformance with this section) shall be constructed of materials comparable to those used <br /> in the original construction and shall be designed in a manner conforming to the original <br /> architectural design and general appearance. <br /> (5) Accessory structures. Architectural standards as outlined in this section shall also apply to <br /> accessory buildings, except that in the I1 and I2 districts where the accessory structure is <br /> not less than 250 feet from an existing residence, engineered fabric structures may be used <br /> as an acceptable material. <br /> (6) Buildings abutting residential, religious, educational uses, orplace of assembly.All portions or sides of <br /> buildings which abut a public street, a residential zone, religious or educational uses, or <br /> place of assembly, such as a public park or recreational facility, shall be constructed of <br /> materials on the list of exterior building finishes in subsection (2)a. of this section. <br /> (Code 1982, � 900.30(9); Ord.
