MUST <br />P� [O FIELD OFHCE _\\R''f <br />l_ <br />C©VIR-195TANRARflS - <br />_ <br />COVID-19 Mitigation <br />Terra Construction is taking a proactive approach in <br />regards to the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) <br />out of care for our team members, clients, <br />healthcare workers and our communities. <br />Travel Task Scheduling <br />All non -essential business travel has been suspended <br />unless the trip is critical and necessary to serve a <br />client's need. In all travel, we will follow the CDC travel <br />recommendations. We are requesting that for any <br />required travel by motor vehicle each team member <br />drive separately so as to avoid close contact. <br />Conferences <br />All outside conferences and vendor events have been <br />suspended. <br />Meetings <br />We are requesting that all meetings be held virtually <br />where possible. <br />Environment <br />We are strongly encouraging all employees and <br />jobsites to follow the CDC guidelines of washing <br />hands, avoiding close contact and staying home if <br />they're sick. We are encouraging staff in the office <br />or in the field to incorporate social distance <br />protocols. We are encouraging all our employees to take <br />care of themselves and their families during this time. <br />We request all employees not arrive on site if <br />they are experiencing ANY symptoms. They are to <br />notify the superintendent by phone if they have <br />any symptoms. It is critical that sick employees <br />stay home rather than risk the spread of infections to <br />others on site. <br />All employees reporting to work will be screened daily <br />upon arrival for shortness of breath, persistent cough <br />or fever of 100.4° F. Anyone who is experiencing <br />symptoms or who has traveled outside the U.S. in <br />the past 14 days, or who has been in contact with <br />someone diagnosed with or being quarantined for <br />COVID-19, will not be allowed on site until they have <br />completed a 14-day quarantine or have a negative <br />COVID-19 test.
