RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION EXHIBIT
<br />A vacation over, under, and across that part of the Right -of -Way as described in Document Number 699754, being
<br />described as follows:
<br />That part of the West 474.61 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 32,
<br />Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, that lies North of the following described line:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North along
<br />the West line thereof for 755.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be hereby described; thence
<br />East at right angles for 474.61 feet and there terminating.
<br />And that lies Easterly and Southerly of the following described centerline:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 89
<br />degrees, 37 minutes, 23 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said
<br />Section 2 for 293.37 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 22 minutes, 37 seconds West for 33.00 feet to a point to
<br />be hereafter known as Point "A" for the purposes of this description; thence South 89 degrees, 37 minutes, 23
<br />seconds West parallel with said South line of the Southwest Quarter for 434.95 feet, more or less, to intersect
<br />the Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad Company at the actual point of
<br />beginning of the centerline to be hereby described; thence return North 89 degrees, 37 minutes, 23 seconds
<br />East to said Point "A"; thence Northeasterly and Northerly along a tangential curve to the left, radius 299.87
<br />feet, for a central angle of 88 degrees, 42 minutes, 19 seconds, and a length of 464.26 feet; thence North 0
<br />degrees, 55 minutes, 04 seconds East tangent to said curve for 554.93 feet; thence Northeasterly and Easterly
<br />along a tangential curve to the right, radius 317.09 feet, for a central angle of 86 degrees, 49 minutes, 40
<br />seconds, and a length of 480.53 feet; thence North 87 degrees, 44 minutes, 44 seconds East tangent to said
<br />curve for 2301.27 feet, more or less, to intersect with and terminate at the East line of said Southeast Quarter
<br />of Section 2 at a point thereon a distance of 17.31 feet south of the Northeast corner of the South Half of
<br />said Southeast Quarter.

<br />along the west line of the Southwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 755.00 feet; thence South
<br />88 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance of 31.95 feet to the east right-of-way line; thence North 1
<br />degree 16 minutes 46 seconds East, a distance of 126.09 feet to the point of beginning of the right-of-way to be
<br />vacated; thence 187.24 feet northerly along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 2848.71 and
<br />a central angle of 03 degrees 45 minutes 58 seconds; thence North 45 degrees 26 minutes 02 seconds East, not
<br />tangent to last said curve, a distance of 119.81 feet; thence North 88 degrees 06 minutes 26 seconds East, a
<br />distance of 191.36 fee; thence 430.52 feet southwesterly along a non -tangential curve concave to the southeast
<br />having a radius of 284.09 feet, a central angle of 86 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds, and a chord which bears
<br />South 44 degrees 41 minutes 36 seconds West to the point of beginning.
