As you know, State Statute requires a <br />decision by the City within 60 days of this application. The Statute also allows the City to extend the <br />timeline an additional 60 days if necessary. <br />Due to delays in the review timeline related to COVID-19 and the Council's continuation of their <br />review on June 15, 2020, to further evaluate your proposal, the City is extending the 60 day timeline <br />to August 26, 2020.
