The clerk was instructed to have a notice published in th the local paper that the ordinance will be enforced and that license tags will be available April 15. The clerk was instructed to write the State highway Department in regard to the traffic signals at the intersection of Highway 169 and No 10 requesting that proper signals be installed and stating that in the opinion of the council the traffic problem is the responsibility of the state rather than the village.
