the complex has deteriorated because of no up keep, dead trees, bulging <br />broken walking paths and trash blowing around. <br />Adding a 60 unit apartment building that would average at least 2 people <br />per unit, would increase all that I have just listed, traffic, noise and <br />disruption. What about our property value? <br />Are you able to tell me this won’t reflect the value of our home in a <br />negative way? Are you going to reduce our property taxes when my <br />property value drops? <br />Why would you think stuffing this building into a commercial complex and <br />a single family home neighborhood, could possibly be a good idea? Have <br />none of you been paying attention to the pandemic, COVID-19 that is <br />going on? Why would you think it’s a good idea to add more people <br />under the same roof when it is proven that the densely populated areas <br />are at a higher risk for an increased level of illnesses and pandemics. <br />Sherburne Co. has 15 (as of today) positive COVID-19 cases, 15 compared <br />to the inner Counties, Hennepin with 1,287 and you want to cram more <br />people into a single location by approving this amendment…… <br />Why would you think that it is ok to alienate your existing hard working, <br />tax paying citizens by allowing this apartment building to be built in the <br />middle of a commercial complex that is surrounded by a beautiful natured <br />filled neighborhood. You want to encroach upon us again?
