I would like to <br />object to this apartment building location. When this property was first proposed it was for retail <br />space. “With retail shops and fine dining”. That was deceiving somewhat. We are really going <br />away from the proposed purpose of this area. As a safety factor as well, I believe this will heavily <br />increase the traffic in this area that the streets and homeowners will not handle very well. I’m not <br />sure how 169 is going to play out in the area, but I know the intersections at holt and Jackson and <br />holt and 197th will not be able to handle this. I believe this is a very bad idea.
