I am not in favor <br />of this project as it does not provide benefit to my neighbors or my family brining apartments that close to our <br />homes. The open land could be used to much greater benefit (retail, or other business establishment) that would fit <br />in with the others in that highway business district. <br />I was notified of this project by a neighbor that was sent a letter because he lives within 500 feet of the proposed <br />project address, I am disappointed that this was not extended to a larger audience and the entire city block affected. <br />Ben Beseman <br />C: 612-432-7788 <br />Sent from my iPhone
