9 <br />i. Beginning on June 29, 2020, all Critical Businesses must have <br />developed and implemented a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan as set <br />forth in paragraph 7.e of this Executive Order and in accordance with <br />the industry guidance currently posted to the Stay Safe Minnesota <br />website (https://staysafe.mn.gov) and any additional applicable <br />industry guidance that will be posted to the Stay Safe Minnesota <br />website (https://staysafe.mn.gov) on or before June 15, 2020 as <br />provided in paragraph 7.d.ii of this Executive Order. <br />ii. In consultation with relevant agencies, the Commissioners of Health, <br />Employment and Economic Development, and Labor and Industry are <br />directed to prepare and publish additional industry guidance for <br />Critical Businesses, as necessary, no later than June 15, 2020. All such <br />guidance will be posted to the Stay Safe Minnesota website <br />(https://staysafe.mn.gov). <br />iii. For state licensed or state certified Critical Businesses that are <br />operating under and adhering to existing policies and procedures or <br />requirements related to health and safety, including requirements to <br />establish and implement COVID-19 Preparedness Plans, state agencies <br />are directed to develop guidance and template addendum plans that <br />address unique risks and hazards of COVID-19 for their operations. <br />Relevant agencies must publish such guidance no later than June 15, <br />2020. All such guidance will be posted to the Stay Safe Minnesota <br />website (https://staysafe.mn.gov). <br />e. Non-Critical Businesses. If it has not done so already, a Non-Critical <br />Business choosing to open or remain open must establish and implement a <br />COVID-19 Preparedness Plan (“Plan”). Each Plan must provide for the <br />business’s implementation of guidance for their specific industry or, if there is <br />no specific guidance, general guidance for all businesses, as well as <br />Minnesota OSHA Standards and MDH and CDC Guidelines in their <br />workplaces. These requirements are set forth in guidance (“Plan Guidance”) <br />available on the Stay Safe Minnesota website (https://staysafe.mn.gov). <br />i. Required Plan content. As set forth in the Plan Guidance, at a <br />minimum, each Plan must adequately address the following areas: <br />A. Require work from home whenever possible. All Plans must <br />ensure that all workers who can work from home continue to <br />do so. <br />B. Ensure that sick workers stay home. All Plans must establish <br />policies and procedures, including health screenings, that <br />prevent sick workers from entering the workplace.
