Town of Windsor, Colorod <br />Windsor Comprehensive Plan <br />The Town of Windsor, Colorado, a burgeoning <br />municipality located in Colorado's northern Front <br />Range, is experiencing the pressures of rapid growth <br />and development. To address the anticipated <br />population expansion, Houseal Lavigne Associates <br />was brought in to develop a Comprehensive <br />Plan focusing on strategic growth management, <br />land use, and transportation strategies aimed at <br />balancing a complex mix of land uses including <br />heavy manufacturing, trucking, and freight rail <br />alongside, while minimizing impacts to residential <br />neighborhoods and municipal infrastructure and <br />services. The strategies serve to promote downtown <br />redevelopment as well as protect environmental <br />assets such as the scenic Poudre River and local <br />bluffs and arroyos.
