hope you consider requesting that a no U turn sign would be installed at the Tyler Drive and <br />County Road 12 intersection. <br /> <br />The County Engineers have spent countless hours, months, and efforts planning for this project <br />with safety being the major concern. I do not believe this is the best plan with several <br />remaining problems unresolved. Considering the major funding cost that the County Engineers <br />will have to pay out along with the City of Elk River having to come up with an additional $1.2 <br />million or similar amount that had not been budgeted for which the City Council expressed they <br />currently didn't have funding, would be an extreme hardship especially considering many local <br />Elk River businesses who might need additional assistance to survive due to the current <br />pandemic that sadly surrounds us. <br /> <br />Thank you for all of your time and consideration and especially for your dedicated leadership to <br />improve the lives of all those in Elk River and surrounding areas. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Donita Grell <br />10873 - 180th Ave. NW <br />Elk River <br /> <br />
