RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Elk River as a condition of the receipt by the County of Sherburne of Federal funds for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of any State Aid Highway within the Village enter into an agreement with the County, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Village. CERTIFICATION I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Village of Elk River, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota, at a th duly authorized meeting thereof held in the Village of Elk River, Minnesota, on the 6 day of June, 1960, as disclosed by the records of said Village on file and of record in my office.
