<br />The subject property is located in Sherburne County, Minnesota within the City of Elk River. Elk River is located
<br />approximately 35 miles NW of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 35 miles SE of St. Cloud. Elk River is located just
<br />outside the 7-county metro area. U.S. Highways 10 and 169 are the main highway arteries serving the area.
