YAC. <br />Design an Orono Park pavilion building including picnic area, concessions, personal watercraft <br />rental, restrooms and a splash pad mechanical room. The Consultant must coordinate <br />mechanical systems design for an Aguatix re -circulating splash pad system. This includes a <br />mechanical room estimated at 10x16 ft. in size. The mechanical room must provide adequate <br />room to maintain equipment. <br />9. Design a lighting system for the Orono Park trails, parking lots, and electrical needs of the new <br />pavilion and splash pad. Design shall be coordinated with Elk River Municipal Utilities. Trail <br />lights should match the lights recently installed for the TH10 trail project. <br />10. Design trails for Orono Park as generally shown in the 2017 Park Master Plan. <br />11. Develop plans, details, sections, elevations, general and technical specifications for the entire <br />scope of this project to facilitate the efficient bidding and construction of the proposed <br />elements. <br />12. Coordinate with skate park designer and installer, Spoon Banco, regarding the coordination of the <br />construction of the skate park. <br />13. Update the Parks and Recreation Commission regarding minor modifications to the master plan <br />and designs for Orono Park. <br />14. Review draft and final design sets with city staff (60%, 90%, 100%) and the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission (90%). The City is planning to apply for federal funding for <br />construction elements. The consultant shall assume the plans will need to be design for to meet <br />federal funding requirements. <br />Construction Administration <br />The Consultant shall: <br />1. Prepare ads for bids, bidding support, pre -construction meeting, bid tabulation and <br />recommendations, and assume bi-weekly construction meetings during active portions of the <br />project construction. <br />2. Coordinate with the City regarding the staging area for construction equipment and materials <br />and the overall construction staging and schedule. <br />3. Review pay requests and recommended action to staff. <br />4. Process change orders, if required. <br />5. Complete inspections; prepare preliminary and final project punch lists and coordination of <br />close-out documentation. <br />All permit and other regulatory review fees shall be paid by the consultant and will be reimbursed by the <br />city. These costs shall not be included in the consultants proposed fee for the project. <br />Section IV: Proposals <br />The proposal shall contain the type of information summarized below. Additional information is allowable, <br />providing it is dir ectly relevant to the proposed project. <br />Proposal Format <br />The submittal should follow the Table of Contents listed below: <br />1.
