Questions received after that time will not <br />receive a response. <br />Proposal Deadline <br />Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday April 2, 2020. <br />Please submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) PDF copy (on a flash drive) of your firm's proposal. <br />Acceptance of Proposal Contents <br />The contents of this RFP and attached information provided to the proposer will be included as part of the <br />contractual obligations if a contract ensues. All information in the proposal is subject to disclosure under the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 — Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. <br />Proposal Timeline <br />Submission of proposals: April 2, 2020, by 4:00 p.m. <br />Consultant approved by City Council: April 20, 2020 <br />The consultant team shall begin the project design phase upon contract approval. The construction of the <br />identified park improvements is intended to occur during both 2020 and 2021, with availability of the <br />project areas as follows: <br />The Youth Athletic Complex project area will be available for construction activity late August 2020. The <br />Orono Park project area is available for construction activity in the Spring of 2021. <br />All construction and the final inspection of these improvements must be completed by October 1, 2021. <br />Request for Proposal <br />Active Elk River Improvements <br />
