Said hospital district shall be deemed duly created after adoption of a resolution authorizing <br />the same by the governing body of each of the municipal corporations listed in paragraph 1, <br />by a vote of two-thirds of the members elect of such body, and after the effective date of the <br />last resolution so adopted. <br />th <br />Passed and approved this 4 day of January, 1960 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF SHERBURNE <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Elk River, Sherburne <br />County, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing resolution with the original <br />thereof on file in my office and find the same to be a full, true and correct copy of said resolution, as <br />duly passed and adopted by the governing body of said Village at a meeting thereof duly called and <br />th <br />held on January 4, 1960; that as shown by the official minutes of said meeting the motion for the <br />adoption of said resolution was duly made by H.A. Briggs and seconded by G.R. Bergerson, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following roll call vote was had: <br />Ayes: H.A. Briggs, G.R. Bergerson, August Meyer <br />Noes: None <br />Absent and Not Voting: R.C. Kemper, H.L.
