A letter was read from the Highway Dept dated May 27 referring to the paving of trunk highway <br />No. 10 running thru Elk River. They stated that they were considering the possibility of widening <br />highway No. 10 between Anoka and Elk River and if this work is carried out it is possible that the <br />project will extend thru the Village of E.R. <br /> <br />Wm Clements came before the Council and said that he had spoken to the owners of the Folsom <br />property and he thought the land adjoining the swimming pool could be rented at a reasonable price. <br />Mr. Clements was authorized to allow them up to $15.00 a month for use of this land. <br /> <br />A motion was made by G.A.
