Attest Wm H. Greupner, Clerk, J.D. Flaherty, Pres <br /> <br />G.A. Bailey made the following resolution to accept ordinance No. 33 which was seconded by <br />George Cornelius. Upon roll call the votes were as follows <br />Ayes – Wm Patenaude, G.A. Bailey, Geo Cornelius <br />Noes – Wm H. Greupner <br /> <br />A letter was read from Flaherty Bros asking permission to install an underground gasoline storage <br />tank and curb pumps at the Thomas Beck property known as the Old Ford Garage Bldg. A motion <br />was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Geo Cornelius allowing the Flaherty Bros to install these <br />pumps. Motion carried. <br /> <br />It was decided at this time to have the President of the Council to appoint a committee on Water <br />Works giving them authority to have any thing done to the mains or water pipes without consulting <br />the rest of the Council members. The President appointed the following members: Geo Cornelius, <br />Wm H Greupner and J.D. Flaherty. <br /> <br />Fred Ayer stated that the would need some new water meters. A motion was made by Geo <br />Cornelius seconded by G.A. Bailey to have the clerk order one (1) dozen new meters and as many <br />frost bottoms and other parts as needed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A letter was read from Mr. A Byson of the Northern States Power Co asking for the rental for the <br />year 1935 (passed on the amount of taxes paid in said year) on lots 1 and 2 section 6-32-26 <br />Sherburne County under lease to said Village for Airport or landing field purposes. The amount <br />being $75.82. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Wm Patenaude to pay the rent of this <br />land. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by Wm Patenaude to allow the following bills and <br />order them payed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />N.W. Bell Tele Co – tele rent 2.75 <br />E.R. Power and Lt Co – Light and Power 255.50 <br />Fred Ayer – Saly and labor 25.50 <br />Fed Ayer – fire call 14.00 <br />H.R. Caley – supplies 2.16 <br />Frank White – drawing ordinance 10.00 <br />Fred Bailey – labor 16.80 <br />Keo Dennars – labor 3.50 <br />Charlie Morris – labor 3.50 <br />Geo Waterfield – labor 1.75 <br />A. Lero – labor 5.95 <br />Bert Clidden – labor 5.25 <br />Martin Gorham – transportation 2.00 <br />W. Dare and Son – village card 10.40 <br />Midwest Fire Apt Co – supplies 12.00 <br />Central Lbr Co – supplies 4.75 <br />Arden Sykes – school police 10.00 <br />Dan Hjerpe – labor 69.25 <br /> <br />
