Spack Solutions 6 of 6 Line Avenue Residential Development <br />Traffic Assessment <br />Site Review <br />There are currently no pedestrian or bicycle facilities on Line Avenue at the location of the site <br />access. The Elk River Comprehensive Plan indicates a trail facility is proposed on Line Avenue in <br />the future. When that facility is constructed, it is recommended that this development connect <br />to that facility with ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalks, and potentially a pedestrian crossing <br />on Line Avenue, if needed. <br />Within the site, vehicles will be able to use the cul-de-sac as a turnaround point, and a <br />hammerhead turnaround is provided off of the private road to allow larger vehicles (delivery, <br />garbage collection, etc.) to be able to turn around within the site. <br />Attachments <br />• Site Plan <br />• 2020 Line Avenue Traffic Volumes <br />
