SOUCITOR, <br />PEDDLER AND CANVASSER <br />ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the <br />CityofElkRiver hereby amends Section <br />722 ofthe Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />titled, "Transient Merchants, Solicitors, <br />Peddlers and Canvassers," and does or- <br />dain as follows; and, , <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment ' <br />provides for the regulation and licens- <br />ing of transient merchants, solicitors, <br />peddlers and canvassers desiring to con- <br />duct business that is not of a permanent <br />nature in the City of Elk River; and, <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of <br />this ordinance amendment is available <br />for inspection by any person at the office <br />of the Elk River City Clerk during nor- <br />mal business hours; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-20 was <br />passed and adopted. by the Elk River <br />. City Council on the 6th day of July, <br />1992. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE- <br />SOLVED that Ordinance 92-20 shall <br />. become effective upon publication of <br />Resolution 92-63. <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River <br />.
