Tralle, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 92-20 <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF TRANSIENT MERCHANT, SOLICITOR, PEDDLER AND <br />CANVASSER ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River hereby <br />amends Section 722 of the Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />titled, "Transient Merchants, Solicitors, Peddlers and <br />Canvassers," and does ordain as follows; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance amendment provides for the regulation <br />and licensing of transient merchants, solicitors, <br />peddlers and canvassers desiring to conduct business <br />that is not of a permanent nature in the City of Elk <br />River; and, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is <br />available for inspection by any person at the office <br />of the Elk River City Clerk during normal business <br />hours; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 92-20 was passed and adopted by the Elk <br />River City Council on the 6th day of July, 1992. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance 92-20 shall <br />become effective upon publication of Resolution 92-63. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 6th day <br />of July, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
