Caley on Proposal No. 1 in the amount of $379.20 for 8 inch cast iron <br />pipe, being the lowest bid received, be accepted. <br /> <br />That the bid of the Elk River Concrete Products Company on Proposed No. 2 in the amount of <br />4497.08 for 12 inch concrete pipe being the lowest bid received, be accepted. <br /> <br />That the bid of the American Vitrified Product Co on the Proposal No. 3 in the amount of 4735.60 <br />for clay sewer pipe, being the lowest bid received be accepted. <br /> <br />That the bid of Harold R. Caley for (a) of Proposal No. 4 in the amount of 1085.80, being the <br />lowest bid submitted for 400 pound manhole covers be accepted. <br /> <br />That the bid of Harold R. Caley for Proposal No. 6 for jute and lead be accepted as the bid of A.A. <br />Skalski Supply Co. was not itemized as required in the specifications. <br /> <br />That the bid of the Elk River Products Co on Proposal No. 7 for concrete manholes including the <br />manhole steps being (b) of Proposal No. 4 as part of such manholes be accepted. <br /> <br />That the bid of the Central Lumber Co for Proposal No. 9 for lumber for sheathing be accepted. <br /> <br />After receiving the recommendations of the engineer and upon motion duly made, seconded and <br />unanimously carried, the Council recessed to meet again at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
