<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 21, 1941 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Village Council was held on April 21, 1941 in the Municipal Bldg at 2:00 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> M.C. Tesch, Mayor; E.L. Shadick, Frank Nickerson, and G.A. Bailey, Trustees; J. <br />Clinton Walker, Clerk <br /> <br />The president announced that this was the time and place for receiving bids for materials for sewers <br />and asked all bidders present to submit their bids unless they had already done so.
