The School District has not <br />indicated that the increased traffic or <br />redesign will present any unreasonable <br />danger to school children. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Air Quality. <br /> <br />The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />(MPCA), in its review of the Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet for the Project, has <br />not indicated any concern regarding air <br />quality in the area surrounding the <br />Project. Air quality will be looked at in <br />detail when the Developers apply for an <br />Indirect Source Permit from the MPCA. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Holding Pond. <br /> <br />The Developers have proposed a one-inch <br />mesh fence around the proposed holding pond <br />which will be very difficult for children <br />to climb over. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Neighboring Property. <br /> <br />Increased traffic from the Project will <br />have an impact on neighboring properties. <br />However, revisions to the Plan, such as the <br />new access off of Jackson Avenue, will <br />reduce these impacts to the point where the <br />Project will not unreasonably affect <br />neighboring property. <br /> <br />Specific Findings on the Standards for Issuance of a <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />
