Modifications may be needed to the existing School Street/ Lions Park Drive intersection. <br />Southbound vehicles exiting the high school parking lot often run over the curb and existing <br />manhole while turning right. <br /> <br />6. ADA improvements will be required at all existing and proposed pedestrian facilities including <br />installing a new compliant APS system at the traffic signal. <br /> <br />7. Staff recommends including conduit for future installation of electric vehicle charging stations. <br /> <br />8. It is understood that the new lighting system utilizes smart LED technology to manage the light <br />levels at different times of the night. Automatic adjustments to the light levels may occasionally result <br />in situations where the city standards are not met but would be when motion is detected. No <br />concerns. <br /> <br />Please return responses to city comments by February19, 2020, for inclusion in the Planning Commission <br />packet on February 25, 2020.
