Copart USA Traffic Impact Study <br />Elk River, MN <br />1/14/2020 <br />161" Avenue NW is functionally classified as a "Local Street" west of Jarvis Street NW. <br />161s' Avenue is 40-feet wide and effectively has a single lane in each direction, although <br />no lane line exists. 161s' Avenue NW ends in a cul-de-sac approximately 600 feet west of <br />Jarvis Street NW. On -street parking is allowed along both sides of 1615t Avenue NW. <br />This street primarily serves as providing direct access to homes and businesses on both <br />sides of 1615t Avenue NW. No daily traffic volume is available from MnDOT or City <br />sources. <br />163d Avenue NW is also functionally classified as a "Local Street" west of Jarvis Street <br />NW. As with 1615t Avenue, 163rd Avenue NW is 40-feet wide and effectively has a single <br />lane in each direction, although no lane line exists. 163rd Avenue NW ends in a cul-de-sac <br />approximately 760 feet west of Jarvis Street NW. On -street parking is allowed along both <br />sides of 1615t Avenue NW. <br />This street primarily serves as providing direct access to homes and businesses on both <br />sides of 1615t Avenue NW. No daily traffic volume is available from MnDOT or City <br />sources. <br />165th Avenue NW provides east -west connectivity between Jarvis Street and TH 10. It is <br />functionally classified as a future "Collector Route" west of Jarvis Street NW. 165tn <br />Avenue NW is 38-feet wide and effectively has a single 12-foot lane in each direction and <br />7-foot shoulder on each side. 163rd Avenue NW ends in a cul-de-sac approximately 760 <br />feet west of Jarvis Street NW. On -street parking is prohibited along both sides of 165tn <br />Avenue NW. <br />This street provides direct access to homes and agricultural fields, as well as the Elk River <br />Youth Athletic Complex. The MnDOT AADT Twin Cities Metro Map lists a 2018 two-way <br />daily traffic volume on 165t" Avenue NW as 2,200 veh/day west of Jarvis Street.6. <br />Cleveland Street NW is a local street that aligns with Jarvis Street south of TH 10. It <br />provides access to local businesses to the south of the highway. <br />2.
