The <br />downstream information documented in policy E.4 would be the responsibility of <br />management as established by the memorandum of understanding. This policy should <br />be formally delegated to management to oversee and periodically revise as needed. <br /> E.8PoleMoveProcedure: Thisis notpolicy. This is a procedural document outlining the <br />operational and/or circumstantial reasons for a power pole move. <br /> E.9Street Light Construction Standards: This is notpolicy.This document outlined <br />materials and construction standards used for the street light pole options offered. The <br />materials and the street light fixture types in this document are obsolete. The types of <br />street light fixtures offered are listed through the rate sheet and the fee schedule. <br />There does not need to be a policy document to also mandate the materials used as <br />these may change annually with new products or approved manufactures/models. <br /> E.11 Two-Way Radio Guidelines: This document outlines radio use guidelines and is <br />procedural, not policy. This document should be delegated to management to oversee <br />and periodically revise as needed. <br /> W.2 Water Distribution SystemMaintenanceProgram: Thisis not policy. This document <br />outlines operational system maintenance schedules and expectations for water <br />operators. This document should be delegated tomanagement to oversee and <br />periodically revise as needed. <br /> W.3Customer Contact for Water MeterChange-Out: This document outlines the <br />processinwhichemployeescontactwatercustomersfor a meterchange-out.This <br />documentshouldbedelegatedtomanagementtooverseeandperiodicallyreviseas <br />needed. <br /> W.4Fire Hydrant Use and Maintenance: This document outlines the program forthe <br />maintenance and use of public and private fire hydrants. The program is not <br />governance; however, the fee association with maintenance serviceofprivate hydrants <br />is approved by the Commission annually as part of the utilities’ Fee Schedule. This <br />document outing the program should be delegated to management to oversee and <br />periodically review as needed.
