Section 3. That Ordinance No. 25, heretofore adopted and all other ordinances or resolutions or <br />parts of ordinances or resolutions which are at variance with or inconsistent with this ordinance be, <br />and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br /> <br />Passed and enacted by the Village Council of the Village of Elk River, Sherburne County, <br />rd <br />Minnesota, this 3 day of Feb 1941. <br /> <br />M.C. Tesch <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />That 206 votes were cast at such special election on the question of the construction of a sewer <br />system that 163 votes were cast in favor of said question; that 43 votes were cast against staid <br />question; that no spoiled or blank ballots were cast; that the approval of the requisite majority was <br />obtained for the construction of said system and that the proposition was carried. <br /> <br />rd <br />Adopted by the Village Council Feb 3, 1941. Shadick seconded the motion to adopt said resolution and upon roll call the same was <br />adopted by the following vote: Ayes: E.L. Shadick, Frank Nickerson, G.A. Bailey, and J.C. Bailey directing Toltz, King and <br />Day Inc to proceed with the sewer plans according to their contracts made with the Village Feb 26, <br />1940. Motion carried. <br /> <br />No further business.
