She is a technical resource in areas such as hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, <br />bridge hydraulics, rural and urban highway drainage design, design and water quality <br />modeling of BMPs, and permitting. Earth’s role on the Lake Orono Restoration and <br />Enhancement project is to assist as a design engineer. She will utilize her recent <br />experience on the Mill Pond Shoreland and Aquatic Habitat Restoration project to <br />streamline the design and permitting process for this project. Her experience includes <br />taking projects from planning and preliminary engineering through design and to <br />construction documents. Earth has coordinated extensively with local, regional and <br />state permitting agencies on numerous projects.
