RESOLUTION 19 - 01 <br /> RESOLUTION CERTIFYING <br /> LAKE ORONO RESTORATION AND ENHANCEMENT (LORE) PROJECT <br /> ASSESSMENT REQUEST <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Orono Lake Improvement <br /> District(OLID) has met and certified the assessment roll for the OLID lake property owner <br /> contribution to the Lake Orono Restoration and Enhancement (LORE)project; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Orono Lake Improvement <br /> District, that the City of Elk River is requested, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 10313.555, to <br /> assess all eligible parcels as per the 2020 OLID Assessment List attached as Exhibit A in the total <br /> amount of$3,802.00 per full unit (or $4,187.75 per full unit, including an estimated 3.85% interest, if <br /> financed over 5 years) for the Lake Orono Restoration and Enhancement (LORE) project; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orono Lake Improvement District Board of Directors <br /> requests that the City of Elk River authorize the Sherburne County Auditor/Treasurer's Office to place <br /> an assessment for the LORE project in the amount of$3,802.00 starting on the 2020 Sherburne County <br /> Tax rolls,as shown on Exhibit A. <br /> Said Exhibit A is attached and shall be called the 2020 OLID Assessment List. <br /> Adopted by the OLID Board of Directors September 6, 2019. <br /> ATTEST: Orono Lake Improvement District <br /> 10 <br /> 11� <br /> Thoma sfeld, ecretary atrick Plan , <br />
