10/12/15 <br /> Elk River .. <br /> Municipal Utilities <br /> 13069 Orono Parkway SERVICE REQUIREMENTS <br /> P.O.Box 430 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER <br /> Elk River,MN 55330 <br /> Phone: 763.441.2020 <br /> 1) ELECTRIC <br /> a) Developer shall complete the Residential Electric Developer Service Agreement. <br /> b) Provide 3 plat maps 11"X 17"with easements and CADD CD of development. <br /> c) Prepayment of charges per ERMU fee schedule, plus tax, or an irrevocable letter of credit will be <br /> required before Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU) begins installing the primary and secondary <br /> electrical system. <br /> d) Project needs to be near final grade for installation of underground primary and secondary electric. <br /> e) Provide scheduling for when ERMU can install facilities as we need to be there before other utilities, <br /> including curb and gutter or blacktop,otherwise additional charges will be assessed. <br /> f) Street lights are furnished and installed by ERMU. Street lights are required at all intersections and at <br /> end of all cul-de-sacs and at mid-block provided that no lights are spaced closer than 300 feet. Street <br /> lighting layout shall be approved by ERMU and shall be consistent with the standard type of lighting <br /> currently being utilized by the City to provide for a uniform City street lighting system. The costs, per <br /> the ERMU fee schedule,shall be paid before work is to begin. <br /> 2) WATER <br /> a) Execute Developers agreement with City of Elk River. <br /> b) Provide 3 plat maps with easements and CADD CD of plat. <br /> c) Prepayment per living unit for plat area at the time of plotting for Water Access Charge (WAC) per <br /> current ERMU fee schedule. <br /> d) Developer will design with City/Utility approval, water main system within platted area and install the <br /> same per City/Utility specifications. <br /> 146 <br />
