<br />Transportation Issues <br />Jrme 15, 2005 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />12. Waco Street <br /> <br />No action was taken at this time. <br /> <br />13. Dodge Avenue <br /> <br />Attached is a resolution that would order the preliminaty feasibility report, giving two <br />options to study. One would be a reclaiming and overlayment of the existing road <br />section. The second option would be to reconstruct the road section similar to the <br />northern part of Dodge Avenue. <br /> <br />14. Southbound Jackson Avenue at School Street <br /> <br />Staff was directed to begin geometric layouts and come up with a conceptual plan for <br />modifying the signal at School Street and J ackson Avenue, along with the striping to <br />eliminate the two thru-Ianes from southbound J ackson Avenue and School Street. Staff <br />was further directed to report back through the HRA so that they could comment <br />relative to their plans for the area north of 1H 10 in the downtown area. <br /> <br />15. Pedestrian Countdown Timers <br /> <br />No action taken at this time. <br /> <br />Staff is looking for concurrence that we fully understand all the direction provided at the <br />workshop relative to these various transportation issues.
