<br />Transportation Issues <br />Jrme 15, 2005 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />4. 193rd Avenue Extension Easterly to CSAH 13 <br /> <br />Staff has provided a mailing to a wide area of property owners between the Hillside <br />Estates development and CSAH 13. Attached is a copy of the letter and mailing list, <br />along with a map showing the area included. Also attached is a resolution which would <br />initiate the first phase of the easterly extension of 193rd Avenue, which would be the <br />corridor study portion. <br /> <br />5. County Road 40 (Cleveland Avenue) Turnback Agreement Status <br /> <br />Attached is a draft letter for the City Council's review and comment to Rhonda Lewis, <br />County Engineer, copied to Brian Bensen, County Administrator, informing them of the <br />City's Council's rejection of their offer on the Turnback Agreement for County Road 40 <br />and expressing our understanding that they will now rebuild the road themselves in a <br />rural nature. There was no action taken at Monday evening's meeting on the approval of <br />the Right-of-Way Plat for County Road 40. <br /> <br />6. County Road 33 and 77 Turnback Agreement <br /> <br />There was no action taken on this issue. <br /> <br />7. Master Agreement with Sherburne County to Tumback All County Roads <br /> <br />Only an update of the status of this issue was presented. <br /> <br />8. TH 169 Corridor Study <br /> <br />Only an update of this item was presented. <br /> <br />9. Highland Road Corridor <br /> <br />Staff was directed to hold a public informational hearing with all properties in this area <br />to discuss the Highland Road issues and potential City sewer and water issues. Staff will <br />organize this hearing in the fall of this year and report back to the Council. <br /> <br />10. School Street/High School Driveway Signalization <br /> <br />Staff was directed to contact the School District relative to their interest in construction <br />of a signalized intersection and participating in the cost. Staff will make this contact and <br />report back to the City Council. <br /> <br />11.
