■ Water Superintendent- The best MMUA survey match used was the <br />Water Supervisor classification. There is not any comparable data for this <br />position in the national survey. <br />■ Executive Administrative Manager - This position is usually a highbred <br />and is based on the skills and abilities of the employee. Only two <br />municipals surveyed had similar duties and responsibilities. APPA's <br />closes match was the Communications Director Position and the <br />Marketing Director classifications.
