Wagner, P.E. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />SUMMARY <br />Mr. Wagner, P.E. is a Principal of the firm with over 22 years of experience <br />in general municipal services, residential development and water distribution <br />systems and sewer collection systems. Ron is currently the appointed City <br />Engineer for the City of Otsego. Ron has been serving the City of Otsego <br />since 1998. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Ron has extensive experience in general municipal engineer projects <br />including the design and construction of Municipal State Aid and Local <br />Streets; residential and commercial plan review; residential and commercial <br />site and utility design and comprehensive storm water planning. Ron has <br />successfully obtained over $2.5 million in federal grant money for collector <br />streets for the City of Otsego. The grant money was used for construction of <br />various major collectors within Otsego. <br />Ron has worked with Mn/DOT during the design and construction phases of <br />the TH101 upgrade from expressway to freeway. <br />PROJECT EXAMPLES <br />City of Otsego – City Engineer <br />•Project Manager for the “Southeast Otsego Water and Sewer <br />System”. <br />•Project Manager for the “West Otsego Water and Sewer System”. <br />•Project Manager for the design and construction of numerous <br />Municipal State Aid Streets including: <br />o Odean Avenue <br />o Quaday Avenue <br />o Queens Avenue <br />o 85th Street/Page Avenue <br />o Maciver Avenue <br />o 70th Street <br />•Prepare and Implement Public Capital Improvement Plan. <br />The projects also included acquiring Mn/DOT Cooperative Agreement Grant <br />Funds; feasibility reports, right-of-way acquisition and wetland permitting. <br />•Develop Engineering Standards Manual used by developers for the <br />design and construction of City Public Improvement projects within <br />private developments. <br />•Plat and construction plan review, development agreement <br />assistance and construction administration for numerous City <br />developments. <br />•Develop City Water Plan for distribution, storage, treatment and <br />wells.
