<br />",..- <br /> <br />Mr. ~lills will check for more detailed information on whether low income housing would <br />increase our point total towards getting a federal grant the Council agreed that he <br />proceed in obtaining this information. <br /> <br />The Council agreed that Mr. Mills proceed with preliminary work on Plan A for sewer <br />expansion to the Industrial Park O~~Y, without the cooperation of the township, and . <br />if the state gives informal approval, Mr. }lills will report back to the Council for <br />authority to proceed with:'plans and specifications towards applying for a Federal Grant. <br /> <br />At 9:00 pm. the public hearing to vacate part of Meadowvale Road and the opening of the <br />Industrial Road convened. <br /> <br />John Bailey representing Slk River Concrete Products was attendance he voiced no objections. <br /> <br />>\Soved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Konop to vacate part of Meadowvale <br />. Road, so-called, laying west of the west line of Quinn Avenue.and easterly of a line run- <br />ning perpendicular to the center line of said road and through a point on the north line <br />thereof located 50' feet west of the east line of Lot 11 Aduitors Subdivision No.3. Motion <br />aminously carried by vote of 4-0. A copy of the resolution is attached.~~ <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman otto that the street in the Village <br />know as Industrial Road be extended westerly form its present westerly terminus in a <br />westerly direction for 170 feet and thence in a southwesterly direction to intersect t9 the <br />north line of Meadowvale Road said street being 66 feet in width be opened. Motion unaminously <br />carried by a vote of 4-0;. <br /> <br />oved by Councilman otto ~nd seconded by Councilman Syring declare the Public Hearing closed. <br />Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman Syring accept the preliminary <br />recommendation for the issuance of the 1972 Improvement Bonds as submitted by Robert . <br />D. Milne & Associates dated November 15, 1972 with the exception of holding up the dollar <br />amount until arrived at. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Robert Syring reported that nothing has been done in moving the existing dog <br />kennel. Presently waiting for plans and specific~tion from the Humane Society for which <br />he has. requested. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to allow, parellel parking in froR of the 1st National Bank Buildings <br />new site. <br /> <br />, <br />Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson to approve .the list of General <br />Government bills for payment as presented and listed.
