At 9:00 pm. the public hearing to vacate part of Meadowvale Road and the opening of the Industrial Road convened. John Bailey representing Slk River Concrete Products was attendance he voiced no objections. >\Soved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Konop to vacate part of Meadowvale . Road, so-called, laying west of the west line of Quinn Avenue.and easterly of a line run- ning perpendicular to the center line of said road and through a point on the north line thereof located 50' feet west of the east line of Lot 11 Aduitors Subdivision No.3. Motion aminously carried by vote of 4-0. A copy of the resolution is attached.~~ . Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman otto that the street in the Village know as Industrial Road be extended westerly form its present westerly terminus in a westerly direction for 170 feet and thence in a southwesterly direction to intersect t9 the north line of Meadowvale Road said street being 66 feet in width be opened. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 4-0;. oved by Councilman otto ~nd seconded by Councilman Syring declare the Public Hearing closed. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 4-0. Moved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman Syring accept the preliminary recommendation for the issuance of the 1972 Improvement Bonds as submitted by Robert . D. Milne & Associates dated November 15, 1972 with the exception of holding up the dollar amount until arrived at. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 4-0. Councilman Robert Syring reported that nothing has been done in moving the existing dog kennel. Presently waiting for plans and specific~tion from the Humane Society for which he has. requested. The Council agreed to allow, parellel parking in froR of the 1st National Bank Buildings new site. , Moved by Councilman Syring and seconded by Councilman Hudson to approve .the list of General Government bills for payment as presented and listed.
