The Clerk-Treasurer <br />was further instructed to draft a letter to Burlington Northern Railroad regarding the <br />rough condition of the Jackson Avenue Signal Crossing and the unsightly view of the <br />block foundation along the tracks. <br /> <br />9: 00 pm. Acopy of the resolution is attached. Hotion <br />unaminously carried. <br /> <br />Represenatives of The Cisego Town Board TILeet with the Council regarding their new fire <br />contract. Trley questioned the word composition of the contract as to the fees for the <br />first half hour of each call and for each subsequent half hours or fraction thereof of <br />each call. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Village Attorney John MacGibbon made the necessary corrections on their contract. <br /> <br />The C~sego represenatives stated they would accept the contract as corrected and return <br />to the Council upon signing. <br /> <br />Hoved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman Syring to accept the motion of the <br />Planning COIDrrQssion to change the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision 13 of Section 7 pertaining <br />to the density of Hobile Homes in authroized Eobile Home Parks as stated in the a.ttached <br />letter.
