<br />Discussion on the 2000 gallon gas.. tank that was authorized for purchase from the
<br />Sherburne eounty Farm Service. Agreeable to store the tank at the sewer disposal
<br />plant and the permanent location for this tank will be decided at a subsequent meeting.

<br />and seconded by Councilman Konop, to rezone from R-4 to 1-2 (General Industrial), (~
<br />the area South of the South line of 6th Street and West €lf Jackson Avenue. Motion

<br />and seconded by Councilman Konop, to rezone from R-3 to C-l (Hospitals, Health Centers
<br />Etc), the property of the Guardian Angels Foundation located in Lot 10, Block 4, Aud.
<br />Sub Division No. 5 and in the 5W~of N\.I]~ of Sec. 34, Twp. 33, Rng. 26. Motion
<br />unaminously carried.

<br />Councilman Hudson reported on the Liquor Comnuttee's recommendations regarding closing
<br />hours and music for ,the various beer establishments and Clubs in the Village. Sunday
<br />through Thursday, a 12 midnight closing; Friday and Sturday nights, a 1:00am closing.
<br />Live music ,on Friday and Saturday nights only, with no minor~.
<br />
<br />After discussion, moved by Councilman Hudson and seconded by Councilman otto, that
<br />all beer establishments and clubs are to close at 12 midnight Sunday through Thursday,
<br />with Friday and Saturday option to close at 1:00 am, to be effective Nov. 1, 1971.

<br />The Municipal Liquor Store will continue to close at 12:00 midnight each night.

<br />Police Chief Olson requested permission to rent a ~adar set for 3 months at $58.51
<br />per month. If purchased within 3 months, the rental applies on the purchase. Agree-
<br />able to rent a radar set but for one month at a time. .

<br />The 1972 budget was tentatively set as follows: General Revenue 40 Mills ($48,000),
<br />Utilities 6 Mills ($7,200.00), Library 7 Mills ($8,400), Fire Station Bond 8 ~dlls
<br />($9,600), Sewer Bonds $8,400.00, Music .5 Mill ($600), Firemen Pension 01 Ydll ($120),
<br />PERA 6.5 Mills ($8,000), Public \<lorks Relirerv,e 3 I-fills ($3,600), Parking Facility .5
<br />Mill ($600.00, a total of agproximately 7806 Mills. The budget will be adopted at
<br />our next meeting.
