A large <br />utility corridor traverses the site and there are a number of wedands on the property. A <br />concept plan has been developed for the site and the applicant will be available to discuss <br />this issue with the Commission. <br /> <br />5. Discuss 2005 .;.. 2008 Goals and Objectives <br /> <br />Attached please find the revised 2005 - 2008 Goals and Objectives. I received comments <br />back from Commissioners Scott, Offerman, and Westgaard, and written comments from <br />Commissioner Ropp. Staff looks forward to discussing these goals and objectives with the <br />Commission and identifying specific projects the Commission would like to work on. <br /> <br />6. Other Business <br /> <br />6a. - Summer Schedule of Topics <br /> <br />Attached please find a tentative summer schedule. We are working on neighborhood <br />concepts for 175th Avenue, East County Road 40, and the Cargill Industrial area.
