Documentation incorporated by the Contractor into the SWPPP must include either: <br /> 1. Proof of a current certification through the University of Minnesota Erosion and Stormwater <br /> Management Certification Program,or <br /> 2. Documentation of training satisfactory to the MN Pollution Control Agency showing training is <br /> commensurate with the individual's job duties. <br /> 3.4 TERMINATION OF COVERAGE <br /> A. Upon completion of all final stabilization,the Contractor shall provide the Engineer a signed MN MPCA <br /> Notice of Termination (NOT)form and a PDF copy of the SWPPP Documentation. Final payment shall not be <br /> made for the project until the NOT is submitted and the SWPPP Documentation is received. <br /> B.
