Bid Item B-19: 6"/10" Dual-Contain Gravity Sewer HDPE DR 32.5 <br /> (a) This item pertains to the dual-contained gravity sewer line to be constructed from proposed sewer <br /> manhole 20 to the proposed catch basin 22 in the concrete slab of the leachate loadout station. <br /> (b) This item also pertains to the re-routing of an existing leachate lines from Cell 11 and Cell 12 that <br /> flows into existing Tank 3,which will be removed. The re-routed dual-contained gravity sewers will <br /> flow into proposed Lift Station 2. <br /> (c) Reference specification Section 02530—Pipe Sewers-Sanitary <br /> 20. Bid Item B-20: 2"/4" Dual-Contain Forcemain HDPE DR 11 <br /> (a) This item pertains to the re-routing of an existing leachate lines that flow into existing Tank 1, <br /> which will be removed. The lines will be re-routed into proposed MH 20. <br /> (b) Reference specification Section 02535- Forcemain <br /> 21. Bid Item B-21: 3"/6" Dual-Contain Forcemain HDPE DR 11 <br /> (a) This item pertains to the re-routing of existing leachate lines that flow into existing Tank 1,which <br /> will be removed. The lines will be re-routed into proposed MH 20. <br /> (b) This item also pertains to the re-routing of an existing leachate line that flows into existing Tank 3, <br /> which will be removed. Bid Item B-22: 6"/12" Dual-Contain Forcemain HDPE DR 9/11 (CARRIER/CASING) <br /> (a) This item pertains to the construction of the proposed dual-contained forcemain over the landfill <br /> cap,from Station 230+60 to 251+64. The carrier(inside) pipe shall be DR 9,the casing pipe shall be <br /> DR 11. <br /> (b) Construction shall take into account the variable depth and bedding conditions of the pipe as show <br /> on the plans. Protection of the underlying geonet on the landfill cap is essential. <br /> (c) Construction timing and sequencing must take into account the requirement of maintaining all <br /> landfill operations during regular operating hours when crossing of the existing roadways, <br /> particularly the main entrance road. <br /> (d) Reference specification Section 02535- Forcemain <br /> 23.
