Improvements to structures, outdoor spaces and the landscaping are important elements for <br /> consideration. <br /> One application was received this month: <br /> Die Concepts,Inc. <br /> • Fred and Sherri Trapp owners of Die Concepts,Inc.,realized their vision in 2016 to renovate the <br /> building off of Line Avenue and Twin :kes Road. This property had previously been occupied <br /> by an industrial user.
