Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. There being no one present to speak, Chair Johnson closed the public hearing. Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Nicholas to recommend approval of the Ordinance Amending the City of Elk River Zoning Map of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, to rezone all C4 Community Commercial districts to C3 Highway Commercial as outlined in the staff report.
