Commissioner Baker then <br />asked Mr. Mosher what Home Depot's position was. Mr. Mosher stated that he <br />felt the city was approving the materials shown on the board, not the exact <br />colors. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schuster stated that he preferred the lighter color which the <br />building was painted, in comparison to the paint chip. He expressed concern, <br />however, that staff was presented one color and then the building was painted <br />another. He stated that he did not feel that it would be fair to make Home Depot <br />repaint the building. <br /> <br />The Commissioners were in agreement that this was a miscommunication issue <br />and that in the future, more specific information regarding colors will need to be <br />required. It was the consensus of the Commissioners to accept the color of the <br />Home Depot building. <br /> <br />6.1. Update on 8/22/00 City Council Meetina by Commissioner Kuester <br /> <br />Commissioner Kuester provided an update on the August 22, 2000 City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />7. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER BAKER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
