THE CHANGES IN ZONING AND LAND USE DESIGNATION PROMOTE COMPATIBLE <br />ZONING AND LAND USE OF THE REMNANT PARCELS CREATED BY THE CITY'S <br />RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION WITH ADJACENT PARCELS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
