Katherine Gessner is requesting a conditional use <br />permit to operate a hair salon out of her home at 12278 195th Circle NW. Scott <br />reviewed the details of the request as outlined in the staff report on this issue <br />dated March 23, 1999, noting that there would be no outside employees. Staff <br />recommended approval of the request with the conditions as outlined. <br /> <br />Chair Cote opened the public hearing. There being no comments from the <br />public, Chair Cote closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KUESTER MOVED THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST BY KATHERINE GESSNER FOR A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO OPERATE A HOME OCCUPATION, PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. CU 99-12, <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. HOURS OF OPERATION NOT EXCEED 7:00AM TO 10:00 PM. <br /> <br />2. NO EXTERIOR STORAGE OR DISPLAY BE ALLOWED. <br /> <br />3. SIGNAGE BE LIMITED TO 2 SQUARE FEET AND MOUNTED FLAT ON THE WALL <br />OF THE HOME. <br /> <br />4. A MAXIMUM OF ONE FULL TIME EMPLOYEE OR EQUIVALENT, OTHER THAN <br />PERSONS WHO CUSTOMARILY RESIDE AT THE RESIDENCE, SHALL BE <br />EMPLOYED. <br /> <br />5. THE APPLICANT WORK WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ENSURE THAT ALL <br />APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES ARE MET. <br /> <br />6.
