Scott stated that the requests by Phoenix <br />Enterprises, Inc. were postponed by the Planning Commission last month to allow <br />the applicant an opportunity to address issues raised at that meeting. Also, due <br />to discrepancies, property owners within in 350 feet were re-notified by an <br />updated list from Sherburne County. Staff recommends approval of the requests <br />based on the findings and conditions stated in the staff report. <br /> <br />Terry Maurer indicated he is satisfied with the recently submitted grading and <br />drainage plans submitted by the developer, provided the changes which are <br />addressed in his letter dated March 18, 1999, are incorporated in the plat. <br /> <br />Chair Cote opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Chris Haugen, 19266 Auburn Street, indicated he did not oppose the <br />development, but he still had concerns with unresolved issues in his <br />neighborhood regarding the sidewalk and pond which the developer has not <br />taken care of. He stated he would like to see the median continued all the way <br />down 193rd. <br /> <br />Dave Kovach, 19382 Auburn Street, expressed his concern that there are old issues <br />to be addressed.
