<br />. <br /> <br />Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz shared with the Commission that Sherburne <br />County is asking for a letter of support saying that the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />supports this grant and looks forward to the day when you can ride a bike from Elk River to <br />Princeton on a paved traiL <br /> <br />MOVED BY COMMISSIONER ANDERSON AND SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER NYSTROM TO APPROVE SENDING THE LETTER OF <br />SUPPORT. MOTION CARRIED 7-0 <br /> <br />8.4.A. Land Acquisition Prioritizing <br /> <br />Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz and Commissioner Andersen spoke of the <br />Woodland Trail ski pass for non-residents. It was decided that the passes would be obsolete <br />since there wasn't enough snow and that we would wait until next year. Mr. Maertz clarified <br />that a pass is not required this year for non-residents. Next year the policy can be revisited. <br /> <br />9.1. Land Use Cases - None <br /> <br />9.2.A. Concept Design - Rivers Edge Commons <br /> <br />Planner/Park Planner, Chris Leesberg shared the concept design for Rivers Edge Commons. <br /> <br />10.1.
